I start with the people, inputs, decisions, dependencies and failure points, not the tool.
AI Product & Workflow Designer
Authorial Systems Intelligence: the ability to translate complex creative intent into coordinated execution, detect where implementation loses meaning, and integrate disparate capabilities into coherent, usable products.
My route into AI was not a straight technical ladder. It moved through biological science, biotechnology, scientific product work, regional marketing, export control, banking operations and digital marketing. Each role sharpened the same instinct: understand the full situation, find where clarity breaks down and make the next action easier to trust.
Today I apply that pattern to AI-assisted work. I map workflows, build focused prototypes, define what good looks like and test whether the output is coherent, traceable and ready for another person to use or continue.
My judgment is especially useful when something is almost right. I can articulate what is missing even when the individual components appear satisfactory, then direct the revisions needed to preserve the original intent. I remain responsible for the final choices.
I start with the people, inputs, decisions, dependencies and failure points, not the tool.
I turn ambiguity into a focused workflow or prototype that exposes value and risk before more is built.
I use acceptance criteria, human review and clear handoffs so speed does not become generic or unreliable output.
Independent practice
Mapping repeated work into requirements, prototypes, evaluation checks, correction histories and review-ready handoffs.
DBS Bank
Handled complex banking enquiries across cards, accounts, fraud and scams, with accurate case documentation and structured process improvement.
Geneco
Reviewed recurring service issues and created clearer communication templates and process notes for more consistent responses and handoffs.

ArcFrame · Working method · In active development
ArcFrame is the working method I am developing behind these projects. It carries context, decisions and review between AI tools while giving each tool a distinct job.
I call its philosophy federated holism: shared purpose, context, standards and evidence, with distinct roles and boundaries for each tool. AI can draft, build and challenge. I remain responsible for what is accepted, rejected and published.
“All is one, yet each is separate.”
Different tools do different jobs instead of duplicating the same work.
Checkpoints, tests and decision records make quality easier to inspect.
Each finished artifact leaves something the next project can reuse.
Pattern→Structure→Meaning
Structured, readable visual intelligence.
Dense inputs become proof people can understand, inspect and use.
I am developing ArcFrame as a working method and connected set of practical products for independent builders and small teams using AI. The aim is continuity without confusion, speed without generic output, and finished work another person can inspect and continue.
